Grade Calculators
based on the NOHS Grade Scales...
Midterm or Final Exam Exemption:
Semester Grade:
These grade calculators are programmed to calculate the letter grades using the NOHS 12 point scale.
The exam exemption calculator is based on an average of both quarters being a solid B or better.
If exempt, the Exam is the 4th quarter grade.
The Semester Grade calculator calculates the weighted semester grade as defined in the student handbook.
If a student does not pass 2 of 3 grade opportunities, it catches that and returns an "F" grade.

Licensure & OTES
Year End Forms
If you are filling out the End of Year Failure form please be aware that teachers will not be sending home individual letters for students failures this year; These letters will be generated by the guidance office with all class failures on one letter. If you have any questions please contact the guidance office.
