Our study was done to determine if North Olmsted High School students were equally happy with their cell phone carrier. Some students may not be happy with their service for various reasons such as dropped calls, poor plans/features, and or poor coverage area. We will determine which if any carrier has a higher satisfaction rate than another, or if the services have equal satisfaction proportions.
