There are several key flaws in the study. First, only surveying those who are registered and active users on internet message boards provides serious sampling bias. It is nearly impossible to extrapolate these results to the United States as a whole, because not all US Citizens have an internet connection or post on message boards.
I would like to see a comprehensive, well-designed, nation-wide survey regarding public opinion on these subjects.
