In this graph, it seems that the majority of the people who agreed that wearing thin strapped tank tops in school is appropriate also agreed that the school rule addressing tank tops should be changed.  Those who answered no opinion seem to have answered no opinion to both questions.  Also, most those who disagreed that wearing thin strapped tank tops in school seem to have thought that the school rule addressing tank tops should not be changed.
