The purpose of our project is to determine how many students, given that they carry their phone during the school day, go against the handbook and use their cell phones to call, text, or communicate during school hours.  Overall, we would like to learn the proportion of our high school students that is, in reality, following the administration’s cell phone rule.  We may pass the results onto the administration so the rule may be reconsidered.
