    Our study concerns the amount of text messages sent in relationship to their grade level and gender. The study involves two variables: the grade level of these people and the amount of texts these people sent as of last month. In our analysis, we intend to answer several major questions. Is there a relationship between amount of texts and grade level for high school students? Is there a relationship between amount of texts and gender for high school students? Do freshman text more on average?

  • The purpose of this project is to determine if any relationship exists between the amount of texts a person sends and the grade level of the person. Furthermore, we plan to evaluate the strength of the correlations with respect to each other to determine whether or not gender plays a role in the correlations.
