We only received 50 of the surveys back from the 75 sent out, therefore we continued with our test only with a sample of 50. Out of the 50 surveys we receieved back, we did not find a relationship between cumulative G.P.A and the amount of hours participated in extracurricular activities.
1) x1= True average G.P.A with a low number of hours in extra-curricular activities.
x2= True average G.P.A with a high number of hours in extra-curricular activities.
2)Ho: µ1 = µ2
3)Ha: µ1 < µ2
4)Alpha= 0.05
5)Assumptions: Central Limit Theorem Applies
6) t = -18.351
7)P-Value= 0
