Abstract
My study originated from the idea that maybe left handed people are considered "lefty" in the political spectrum. Or maybe that right handed people are more "righty" or conservative. This idea led me to do some research, and I found a very similar study. The study talked about how the left side of the brain controls the right hand, but also how the left side of the brain thinks more conservatively. The right side of the brain controls the left hand and tends to think in a more liberal manner. The study concluded that right handed people were more likely to be conservative and left handed people were more likely to be liberal. I was aiming to receive the same results, but my study did not turn out how I planned. I did not recieve enough results to make a valid conclusion. One major issue was that I only received 11 responses from left handed people, all of which responded liberal. Only around 50 people responded to my survey, which skewed my results from the start.
