Discussion
Suggestions to better our study:
- If we were to repeat this study, we would want to have a larger sample,
to reduce the amount of bias we ran into, from all of the people in our
sample happening to be fairly tall.
- Also, we would want to select a sample from a different population that
consists of more adults, since some teens have not completely stopped
growing yet.
- One other factor to consider would be the region. Because of
different ethnic groups and different people living in different regions,
the average heights of people are different for different regions. We
were comparing only from a population in Northeastern Ohio against the
entire United States population.
