Purpose

The purpose of my project is to see if Cleveland is much less involved with recycling than Portland, Oregon. In today’s world, where there is a great need for environmental consciousness, I wanted to look at the proportion of people who recycle in my city compared to the nation’s greenest city, Portland. I am very interested in recycling and want to know how my city is doing their part for the environment.
