Meat Preference
Chicken vs. Steak
BASED ON GENDER
Conclusion
VERSUS |
We gathered our results of the chicken versus steak preference based on gender and ran a chi-squared test based on those results. We had a null hypothesis that there was not an association between gender and meat preference with an alternate hypothesis that there is an association between gender and meat preference. We ran the study with an alpha value of 0.01. We have rejected the null hypothesis at the 0.01 level of significance because the p-value was equal to 0.001 which is less than alpha. Therefore there is sufficient evidence to say that there is an association between gender and meat preference.
