Background

Summary:

We have looked at various resources to collect data about color popularity from the year 2000 to 2011. After taking the average popularity ratings for the colors of green and red cars, we have found that throughout the mentioned years, red and green cars have a combined popularity rating of 13.94%. There are 769 cars in function for ever 1000 people in the US and 313,598,250 people in the U.S. There are aproximately 241,157,054 cars in America, 33,617,293 of which are either green or red. We made an attempt to find other studies that may have been conducted on our topic, but we found nothing. We could only find some statistics, which have been stated above. Therefore, we did not really have any idea whether or not the study would even be effective, as it seems that few people have attempted it before.
