A weakness to my study would be the time of day and the days that I recorded my data. These would be weaknesses because many people have routines, and only order food from restaurants on certain days, so taking data from the same days at the same hours might not sufficiently represent the whole population of the customers at Savory Sub CafĂ© and Pizzeria. I took data from Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays (particularly our lowest profitable days); during dinner hours on Mondays and Tuesdays and all day Sunday. Many families refrain from buying outside food on weekdays, as I have noticed, and would rather indulge in a cheesy pepperoni pizza on the weekends. I would feel comfortable extrapolating my results to other pizza places and their population of customers because they offer the same type of payment methods and food. I would assume that other customers of other pizza places have the same type of payment habits because the type of restaurant does not dictate which payment method a customer would chose to use (unless it is a small businesses, which may be cash only). I would not extrapolate my data to other establishments and service providers in Ohio, much less the United States, because people may use different payment methods when purchasing different kind of merchandise or services. For example, I would not extrapolate my conclusion to the local Giant Eagle, because that store offers more than food choices, therefore may dictate how customers would pay.  A suggestion for further work in this area is to record data from other stores that offer different services and items, to get a more broad idea of which gender uses each payment type differently. This would leave behind the limitations of data coming only from a pizza place. Data like this could help credit card companies curb their competition by offering cheaper services to the gender that more often uses their credit card.
