Conclusion
We can reject the null hypothesis at any
reasonable level of significance because our p-value of 0.001, being
less than most commonly used significant levels. Therefore there is
sufficient evidence to suggest that there is a difference in the
mean number of males and females who visit the local Starbucks in
North Olmsted Ohio between 6:00pm and 7:00pm daily. The p-value is
extremely low though and it is not likely that this difference in
means is a principle quality of any larger population gathered.
Generally, more females visited Starbucks in the collected samples
however there were a few samples in which more males visited or when
equal numbers of males and females visited.
