The first thing I did to get my sample was get a roster of every student in the junior and senior class. To obtain my random sample for this project, I then assigned a number to all of the members of the junior and senior class and ran a random number generator to get the sample. I decided to have eighty students in my sample, but because of programs such as Polaris and PSOP, I was only able to have sixty three students who would be available to take my survey during third period. The population of interest is the students at North Olmsted high school. My sample was comprised of juniors and seniors, and I limited my sample to juniors and seniors because my survey only applied to students who were over the age of sixteen.
