Drawing Conclusions from my study

My study did not exactly lead to the results I was hoping for. I say this because my data proved too skewed to even produce any result, whether it be for or against my hypothesis. When looking at the political preference of right handed people, we can fail to reject the null hypothesis that the proportions are equal at the 0.05 level of significance because the p-value is greater than alpha. Therefore, there is insufficient evidence to suggest that a right handed person is more likely to be conservative. When looking at the political preference of left handed people, we can fail to reject the null hypothesis at the 0.05 level of significance because the p-value is less than alpha. Therefore, there is sufficient evidence to suggest that left handed people are more likely to be liberal. These results are not valid however, because the sample sizes for the both populations were not big enough.
