Conclusion
We came to the conclusion that women shop at Malley’s more than men, and it wasn’t even close. About ⅔ of our customers in the sample population were women. We reject the null hypothesis at the 0.05 level of significance because the p-value < α. Therefore, there is sufficient evidence to say that the proportion of women that came into Malley’s is greater than men. Our p-value actually came out to be 0 so we are very confident in the conclusion we have come to.
